Usman Khan will not play cricket due to injury

Usman Khan will not play cricket for 6 months due to injury:

Usman Khan Shinwari, the young Pakistan pace bowler, has been diagnosed with a stress fracture of the back. Shinwari who took 5 wicket haul against Sri Lanka in second ODI two weeks ago, will not play international cricket for at least six months. It is a serious threat to Pakistan cricket & Usman Khan’s career.

Usman Khan was ruled out of third T20 against Sri Lanka due to injury. Medical screening confirmed lumber-bone stress in his back. He suffered the same injury in 2013 too. Due to his injury, he did not play cricket in 2014-15.

According to sources Usman Khan Shinwari will be rested for 4 to 6 months to recover completely. He is facing a serious fracture of the back.

Pakistan Cricket Board is waiting for the final word from Cricket West Indies (CWI) on proposal tour of Pakistan to play three match T20 series against the hosts. Usman Khan will surely not play against West Indies.

If CWI confirmed to send their cricket team to Pakistan then West Indies will play three T20 matches in Pakistan in late November.
