T20 series against West Indies in late November.

who made debut hundred was given chance in ODI series against Sri Lanka. Imam
performed very well while Shehzad was given so many chances but he couldn’t
perform.
The
selection committee has finalized the 14 player squad for T20 series against
West Indies after consultation with Pakistan head coach Mickey Arthur. The committee
proposed Mickey to give chance to Aamir Yameen or Muhammad Nawaz in the coming
series. It would be better to allow youngsters to perform in order to see their
talent.

Shehzad poor performace against Sri Lanka continued after given back to back
chances. It is time to find another opener who can start the innings with
dashing Fakhar Zaman.

Shehzad scored 27 & 22 in 2 T20 matches against Sri Lanka. He failed to
score runs in the ODI series too as he only managed to make 0 & 8 in two
ODI matches he played.

Shehzad is also dropped from the PSL franchise Quetta Gladiators. He is
confident that any franchise will include him in the drafts scheduled on 12
November.
