Khulna lost six wickets for 114 when Ariful walked out to bat. He struck four boundaries & two sixes to snatch victory from the jaws of defeat. He completed the chase in the 20^th over with four balls to spare. Haque received the player of the match for his brilliant batting down the order.

Rajshahi Kings posted a decent total 166-8 in 20 overs with Mushfiqur Rahim & James Franklin making much needed 55 & not out 29 down the order. Junaid Khan struck in the opening overs that initiated the top order collapse; however, Dwayne Smith held an end with 62 from 32 deliveries.

Junaid Khan removed four batsmen for conceding only 27 runs in four overs.
