who is remembered for his “Bat Drop” moment during Pakistan Super League 2 said
that Lahore Qalandars’ are doing a great job in gathering talent from far flung
areas of Pakistan

me, it is one of the greatest initiatives I have ever been involved in. Credit
to the Rana brothers.. who would have thought we'd find someone like Yasir Jan
who can bowl with both arms," Grant Elliot praised Rana Fawad for finding
the ambidestrous bowler Yasir Jan who can ball fast with both arms during
Rising Stars program last year.

cricket is innovative and exciting, and this [Rising Stars] program is
exciting. It stands for everything the word 'Qalandars' stands for," the
all-rounder added.
"It
is enabling young talent to achieve their dreams, to access opportunities like
playing in Australia, training with world-class facilities."
Grant Elliot
said even if anyone who cannot catch the eyes of selectors, this program would change
their career.
