RCB hired Tymal Mills as a replacement for Mitchell Starc:

Challengers Bangalore coach Daniel Vettori has supported the inclusion of Tymal
Mills into the team. Mills became the most costly bowler in IPL history as RCB spent 12 crore on him.

Challengers Bangalore wanted to hire the young & talented bowler before the
upcoming IPL & he seemed to be the best replacement for Australian pace
bowler Mitchell Starc, who is out of the Indian Premier League just a day ahead
of the auction.

Vettori told that it was really crucial to find a replacement for Mitchell
Starc before the beginning of IPL.
RCB replaced Mitchell Starc with Tymal Mills
Vettori
supported the decision to include Mills in the squad and he told that Tymal Mills
had shown splendid performance in BBL. He is a very talented bowler & he
will perform well on Indian pitches as he can produce variety.

said that they had Rs 17 crore in fund so they surely had their limits.
He told that when you target players it is crucial to be elastic with your
wallet as you can’t manage the way of the auction.

Mills has made a future for himself in T20 format with his skill to bowl with
variety & he possess better control over Yorkers.

was really economical in BBL 2016-17 as he gave away only one 117 runs in 16 overs he delivered in the Big Bash League.
