Pakistan won 2nd Test against West Indies:
Pakistan beat West Indies in the second test match of the series. Pakistan has won test series against West Indies and result is 2-0, still one more match to go. Pakistan won toss and decided to bat first on Abu Dhabi batting friendly pitch. 452 runs in first innings was highly competitive against West Indies batting line up. Younus Khan scored 127 runs and Misbah-ul-Haq 96 runs, only 4 short of a century. Gabriel from West Indies took 5 for and restricted Pakistan from reaching 500 plus in first innings. West Indies batting was dominated by Pakistan bowlers. Caribbean batsman all had good start but couldn't convert it into big runs. No decent partnership was recorded the entire innings. Yasir Shah was the main weapon of Pakistan, he took 4 wickets for 86 runs and restricted West Indies to first innings total of 224 runs only.
Pakistan opening partnership clicked in the second innings, both openers scored half centuries. 93 runs partnership for first wicket and 71 runs partnership for 2nd wicket was good enough for Pakistan to secure a good lead in the test match. Pakistan declared second innings on 227/2 in 67 overs, just to make sure they have enough time (five sessions) to get West Indies batsmen out. Once again West Indies batting crumbled and only 2 batsmen put enough fight to delay Pakistan victory. Braithwaite scored a high century and Blackwood recorded 95 runs before he was bowled by Yasir Shah. Pakistan bowlers couldn't exploit reverse swing and spinners struggle to turn the ball. But it was Yasir Shah who troubled West Indies batsman with his disciplined bowling and bowling wicket to wicket. West Indies were all out for 322 runs in 108 overs. Yasir Shah took 6 wickets in the second innings (total 10 wickets in match) earned him Player of the Match award and Pakistan beat West Indies in 2nd test match by 133 runs.
Yasir ten-for flatten West Indies, he took wickets in Pakistan v West Indies second test match. Jermaine Blackwood missed his century just by 5 runs after getting bowled out by Yasir Shah. He is the real wicket taker and know how to bowl in different condition. Yasir Shah is the second joint fastest bowler to reach 100 test wicket and Yasir is the fastest Asian bowler to reach 100 test wickets. If he keeps taking wickets at this rate then soon he might be the fastest to reach 200 test wickets. Yasir Shah said, "It was good to get four wickets but I was facing a bit of difficulty after bowling with the pink ball in the first Test and then switching to red here." Yasir Shah took 2nd 10 wicket haul in test cricket and he became 6th Pakistani bowler to take 10 wickets against West Indies. It wasn't easy to take wickets in Abu Dhabi pitch, but after Yasir Shah miracle, Pakistan won 2nd Test match against West Indies.
Pakistan seek whitewash of West Indies:
Pakistan seek another whitewash of West Indies in Test series after beating them 3-0 in T20 series and 3-0 in ODI series. Pakistan is already leading 3 match test series 2-0, one more win will be another whitewash of West Indies in all three format of cricket. If Pakistan win last test match then Pakistan rating will increase to 112, a drawn would see Pakistan moving down to 110 rating while if West Indies win the last test match then Pakistan rating points will drop to 109. Pakistan would want to win the last test match to narrow up gap with India.
