Australia reclaimed no. 1 Test team ranking again after beating England and South Africa in last two Test series in new ICC Test ranking released on 1st of May, 2014. India slipped to number 5 in no time, they struggled to perform well away from home and have to suffer the consequences. South Africa slipped one rank and is currently number 2 Test team in world., followed by England, Pakistan and then India. There isn't much difference in rating of these countries though, a couple of wins will make big difference. Surprisingly Sri Lanka is ranked at 7 just below New Zealand which is ranked at 6. The bottom three teams are West Indies, Zimbabwe and Bangladesh respectively. Bangladesh haven't done well in Test matches at all and need a lot of progress, their players are really talented but need to work as unit and take responsibility.
