ICC has released One Day internationals ranking which is topped by Australia, followed by India at number 2 and Sri Lanka ranked at 3. India and Sri Lanka has played the most amount of match during rank calculation period with 53 matches each. England is sitting at number 4 spot and then South Africa at 5, followed by Pakistan at 6. New Zealand and West Indies are ranked lower once again at 7 and 8 position respectively. Bangladesh is at 9, which is ranked higher than Zimbabwe, Ireland and Afghanistan. Its nice to see Afghanistan in ICC ODI ranking, Ireland worth its spot as ODI playing country. It is the first time since 2008 that Australia has topped both ODI and Test ranking.

ICC released new ODI ranking on 01-05-2014
According to ICC new ODI rankings, Australia stays as number 1 ODI team in the world. Please note that this ranking has been released on 1st of May, 2014 and is subject to change by ICC.
