BPL 5: Rajshahi Kings beat Sylhet Sixers by 7 wickets
Sylhet
batted first & they only put 146 runs on board for the loss of 6
wickets. Gunathilaka & Rahman added 40 & 41 runs while Bresnan 29 off 17 fired
his team towards the end. 12 runs were conceded from Mehidy Hasan’s 4 overs
& he managed to take 1 wicket.
Rajshahi
Kings began their innings well with Haque & Rony added opening
partnership of 65 runs. After Samit Patel was gone, Zakir Hasan 51 off 26 balls fired his team towards victory. Mushfiqur also helped him in the end who
managed to score not out 25 off 20 balls.
Zakir
Hasan received the player of the match award.
