Bangladesh Premier League - BPL 2017 Points Table:
Bangladesh
Premier League is a professional cricket league that includes 7 teams based on
the big cities of Bangladesh. BPL starts in November & each team will face
each other twice in the league matches. After the conclusion of the regular
season, the first four teams of the points table will race to the playoffs, a
single elimination match & two qualifier matches culminating in the
Championship game b/w the winner of qualifier 1 & qualifier 2.
Bangladesh Premier League - BPL 2017 Points Table
Bangladesh
Cricket Board (BCB) updates the points table for the Bangladesh Premier League
2017 tournament. BPL 2017 standings are updated daily after the match result
with net run rate.
The
winning team receives 2 points.
If a
match ends with no result or tie (super over not possible or super over also
tie) then both teams will receive 1 point.
Team
will receive no point if they lose.
The
2017 season of BPL is the fifth edition of the T20 cricket league.
Bangladesh Premier League also known as BPL 5 will be played b/w 3 November to
12 December 2017.
BPL
5 features 46 matches including 42 group league, 2 qualifiers, eliminator &
final.
Playoff Matches:
If the
final, eliminator or qualifier match ends in tie or no result then both teams
will compete in Super Over.
If
Super Over is not bowled due to some reasons then the team which is ranked
higher in the points table will be the winner of the play-off match.
