Pietersen helped Gladiators beat Qalandars:

A powerful batting by Kevin Pietersen helped Quetta Gladiators to a 5 wicket victory over Lahore Qalandars at the Sharjah today.

Lahore Qalandars posted a big total of 201 on board while Quetta after losing their top batting line up quickly were powered by a crucial 88 not out of just 42 balls by Kevin Pietersen, who come back into form after falling in earlier 3 matches. He was aided by the captain Sarfraz Ahmed, they both lead the team to a 5 wicket win over Qalandars. In the end Anwar Ali joined the party and he made the finishing runs after Sarfraz left for 45.

Lahore Qalandars have managed to won 2 out of 5 matches & so far they are at the fourth spot of PSL 2017. Quetta Gladiators have won 3 & lost only 1 match & their match against Peshawar Zalmi was abandoned due to rain.

Quetta Gladiators lead by Sarfraz remains at the top in PSL 2017 points table followed by Peshawar Zalmi who have won 2 matches & lost 1 so far. Islamabad United is at no. 3 with 4 points while Lahore Qalandars who have played 5 matches & won just 2 takes the 4^th spot. Karachi Kings have only managed to win 1 out of 4 matches & they are at no. 5.
