India No. 1 ICC Test Cricket Team:

India moved up to rank 1 in ICC test cricket ranking. India is leading 4 test match series against West Indies by 2-0. They have already won the test series, still one match to go. India jumped up ranking for the first time under Virat Kohli captaincy. Anil Kumble would be very proud of Indian test cricket team performance. India is number 1 test team in the world. India must win the last test against West Indies, they are currently 1 point ahead of Pakistan. A win will ensure that India retain their no.1 test team ranking in ICC.

Pakistan cricket team performance is exceptional in Test cricket. They are struggling in ODI and T20 cricket matches though. Pakistan leveled test series against England and moved to 2nd spot in ICC test ranking. Pakistan is currently 1 point behind India in test ranking. If India doesn't win last test match against West Indies then Pakistan will become no. 1 test cricket team in world. Australia cricket team was ranked no. 1 in ICC test ranking before tour of Sri Lanka. Australia lost all 3 test matches to Sri Lanka and slipped down to 3rd spot in ICC test ranking. India displaced Australia as No. 1 test team in the world. Sri Lanka moved up in ICC test ranking by defeating Australia 3-0 in test series.

New Zealand defeated Zimbabwe 2-0 in recently concluded test series but it didn't effect their ranking much. New Zealand is playing 2 test matches against South Africa, test results will effect both countries ranking.
