Supreme Court stated there is no difference between IPL and BCCI because IPL is a variant of BCCI. SC said BCCI head also owns an IPL team CSK that responds to the conflict of interest. SC added that the official of CSK is involved in betting so N. Srinivasan must answer question regarding conflict of interest.
SC condemns BCCI and raised question about conflict of interest.
SC further added the court has absolute belief in the Justice Mudgal's committee report. SC wants to remove sport fixing while they also criticized the biased action of BCCI against their heads who looked involved in IPL cheat.
