Kolkata Knight Riders win IPL title 2nd time in 3 years after beating Kings XI Punjab in IPL 2014 final. KXIP bat first & their batsmen raise the score to 199-4 in 20 overs. KKR batsman Manish Pandey plays an extra ordinary knock of 94 in 50 balls to beat KXIP single hand in IPL 7 final. Manish is also known as the first Indian batsman who scores a century in IPL. Now he has given his team the title of winning IPL 2nd time. Earlier Chennai Super Kings had the title of winning IPL two times. Saha's (115 in 55) & Vohra's (67 in 52) 3rd wicket partnership of 129 went all in vein in front of Pandey's knock of 94 in 50 balls & Pathan's four sixes. Manish Pandey becomes player of the match & Glenn Maxwell becomes player of the series.
