Billy Bowden returned to ICC Elite Panel of Umpires
Bowden has got his own unique style of signalling and is well known for it. He has officiated in 189 ODIs, 76 Test and 21 T20 Internationals. It is the second time he has join elite panel of umpires, previously he served as elite member between 2003 to 2013.

Bowden has added fun to his work, its good to watch people enjoying their job and not just working for money. I like watching his signals especially the one with bent fingure lol. OUT
