PCB is keen to have tallest bowler in cricket Mohammad Irfan back in the team. Experts have made a comprehensive plan to ensure that Irfan is available for selection in the team for ICC World Cup 2015. Irfan has made tremendous recovery from his hip hairline injury and has started training at national cricket academy. Mohammad Irfan injured himself while playing series against South Africa, he has to miss Asia Cup and recent ICC World Twenty20 because of that injury.
Mohammad Akram said that PCB has made plans for Mohammad Irfan and added, "We don't want to rush things with either Irfan or even Usman Shinwari
and our main target is to see they are completely fit to endure the
rigours of the World Cup or in matches before that".
PCB will organize month long training camp, Irfan and other bowlers will be part of it. Akram said, "We are aware that we need to have our top bowlers available for the World Cup which will be a testing event for all teams".
