Rangana Herath achieved magical figures of 3.3-2-3-5 and turn whole game around. 120 runs target was considered really easy to achieve, but Herath bowling made it impossible. New Zealand only managed to score half of the runs required for victory. After getting man of the match award, Herath said, "What I realised was we needed wickets and I put the ball in the right place,". Sri Lanka made it to semi finals of ICC World Twenty20 and will be playing winner of Pakistan Vs West Indies match.
