JP Duminy has decided to quit Test cricket & first class cricket:

Africa all-rounder JP Duminy has decided to quit Test cricket & first class cricket but he will still
play limited overs game.
JP
Duminy was not selected in South Africa team after the first Test at Lord’s. He
did not play in the rest of the games of the 4 match Test series against
England in summers.
JP Duminy has decided to take retirement from Test cricket
Duminy
played 46 Test matches & he scored 2103 runs at an avg. of 32.85. He took
42 wickets as well.
“After
long and careful deliberation, I have decided to retire from first-class and
Test match cricket with immediate effect,” Duminy said.
“It
is an experience that cannot be replaced and one I will always cherish. Test
cricket has always been the pinnacle and I’ve been fortunate enough to
experience some memorable highlights with the Proteas and also in first-class
matches with the WSB Cape Cobras.”

Duminy scored a fifty in his Test debut against Australia in 2008 & he also
helped the team in chasing the 2nd highest total (414) in Test cricket.
“In
the years ahead, my focus will be placed on attaining limited-overs cricket
success for South Africa and the WSB Cape Cobras...” the senior player added.
South
Africa upcoming Test series include two match series against Bangladesh from 28
September.
