Elgar & Amla shared 75 runs partnership in second Test against England at stumps day 2

South Africa bowled well even without Rabada. They showed outstanding performance with bat & ball. Their fielding was spectacular as they restricted hosts to 205 runs in first innings. South Africa missed quite a few opportunities in first Test & that might be the reason for the loss against England.

Rabada was banned for the second Test against England as he was found guilty in abusing Stokes in first Test at Lord’s.

South Africa made 75 in their second innings with a lead of 205 runs at the end of day 2.

Elgar (38) & Amla (23) lifted team South Africa to 75-1 as they have bigger chances to take revenge in this match.

England who are leading the 4 match Test series 1-0 are in deep trouble & who knew South Africa will come back so strong in the second Test at Trent Bridge even without pace bowler Kagiso Rabada.
