Virat Kohli equals Don Bradman double centuries record in few matches:
Virat Kohli turned out to be the first batsman in Test cricket to hit double tons in 4 consecutive Test series when he broke the 200 run mark against Bangladesh of the single Test at Hyderabad.
Virat hits 4 double centuries as a Test captain which
puts him in the elite captain list & made his record equal to Australian
Legend Donald Bradman. Virat shocked his fans with his awesome performance in
2016 which give birth to several records that he hits so far & this is
another record in the Test cricket history which shifts his class to the next
level since becoming the Indian captain.
The rest of the two batsmen other than Kohli & Bradman,
who hits 4 double centuries while leading the team, are the South African
Graeme Smith & Australia’s Michael Clarke.
The major record of hitting 5 double tons while serving as
Test skipper belongs to no other than West Indian Brian Lara who hit 5 double
centuries in his 47 Tests while leading his squad.
What makes Virat’s record remarkable & comparable to
Donald’s is that Indian skipper has reached this feat in his twenty third Tests
while leading his team. Bradman reached this massive record when he was in
charge of the role of Australian captain in 25 Test matches.
We can expect further records from Indian skipper in
upcoming Test matches as it is quite clear that Kohli loves the role of
captaincy & he is doing his job perfectly as a skipper & batsman for
Indian team.

By equalling record of a legend Kohli has transformed himself into a legend.
