Mohammad Hafeez can re-test Bowling Action:

Pakistan allrounder Mohammad Hafeez was banned for bowling in ICC matches in July, 2015. Hafeez was reported for suspect bowling action in 2014 while playing in Champions League. He was reported for suspect bowling action agan in November 2014 while playing against New Zealand. Mohammad Hafeez went for further test and was cleared after the outcome of results. Once again, Hafeez was reported in Test match against Sri Lanka in 2015 and results showed his action was exceeding 15 degree permitted by ICC. Mohammad Hafeez was banned by ICC for bowling in any international matches. However, PCB allowed him to play as a specialist batsman.

Hafeez to Undergo Re-Testing of Bowling Action

If Mohammad Hafeez go for a re-test on his bowling action and it is cleared by ICC then it will be a big advantage for Pakistan. England team have 4-5 left handed batsman and having an off spinner in Pakistan bowling squad will pose a big threat to English batsmen. Pakistan team manager Intikhab Alam said that Mohammad Hafeez will go for a test of his bowling action at ICC accredited test center at Loughborough in next few days. If cleared, Hafeez would have to bowl with in permitted limit of 15 degree. If reported again with in 2 years, he will miss on another year of bowling. 

Mohammad Hafeez is currently in Pakistan squad playing Test series against England. His batting form is not that good so far, rather than rushing him in to bowling won't be a good idea. Hafeez took 52 wickets in 47 Test matches, while his bowling performance in ODI and T20 is a lot better with 129 ODI and 46 T20 international wickets. Hafeez was once ranked number one allrounder by ICC and he has never given up the hope of achieving it again.
