Asif Might Return to Pakistan Cricket Team

Mohammad Asif Ready to Return:

Mohammad Asif is willing to come back to Cricket arena once again and want to serve sports for another 4 years or so. After spot fixing scandal that involved Mohammad Amir, Mohammad Asif and Salman Butt. Only Amir could do a comeback because of his age and his talent. Asif has to blame himself for getting suspended from all form of cricket in prime of his career. Asif is in Norway at the moment and is playing club cricket to get some practice. Cricket is not that tough in this part of country which will give him a lot of confidence to get back on his feet once again.

Mohammad Asif Return

Asif Fit to Return

Asif was ranked no.2 in test bowling ranking, behind Dale Steyn. Now after his former bowling partner Amir returned to cricket; he has his hopes high as well and believe that one day he could return back to international cricket. Asif has declared himself 100% fit and is hoping of displaying a good show in Pakistan domestic season. Which could give him a chance of getting selected for Pakistan tour of New Zealand and Australia in future. Asif is 33 year old now and with age comes experience. He could move a new ball around exactly same as old ball. Asif strength lies in his rhythm and control and not pace; which shouldn't be big issue for his age.

Asif is involved in anti corruption work in Pakistan and is doing lectures with young cricketers about match fixing and how to stay away from match fixers. Asif has openly offered his services to ICC and he is ready to go anywhere they ask him to. Asif believe ball will talk more in hands rather than in his words; all he needs is an opportunity to show it to whole world.
