India defeated Zimbabwe in T20 series by 2-1. Zimbabwe won the first Twenty20 but lost last 2 matches and lost series to India. Zimbabwe had ever won a T20 series of more than 1 match and they had a good chance of achieving this goal against India. India scored 138 runs and gave Zimbabwe an easy target to chase. |

Bowlers were bowling stump to stump line, wicket was slow and hardly any bounce. Inconsistent pace and skidding deliveries offered much trouble to batsman. While batting first India set a total of 138 runs, credits to batting of Kedar Jadhav, who scored 58 of 42 balls. India were 93 for 5 by the end of 17th over. They seemed to be loosing their way but amazing batting by Jadhav rescued India. Zimbabwe in their chase lost wickets at regular interval and couldn't get hold of the game. Under pressure on such pitch, 138 was par than achievable for them.
