IHC restored Zaka Ashraf as PCB Chief
Islamabad High Court has restored Zaka Ashraf as Pakistan cricket board chief. In the final judgement on Saturday, IHC also restored 18 dismissed PCB employees on their posts. The High Court will not do any modification, IHC statement of restoration of dismissed employees is final. Zaka Ashraf is a man of honesty & peace. In his short era of PCB Chairman he tried his best to restore international cricket in Pakistan. He initiated domestic cricket in Pakistan & gave it the name of Pakistan Super League. He tried his best to involve foreign players in PSL but foreign countries were unwilling to give NOC to their players to participate in PSL. He also took stand against BIG 3 as it was in favour of India. Zaka didn't sign BIG 3 proposal while all other cricketing nations accepted its proposal for their own sake. Due to this reason Chairman Zaka Ashraf got removed and Najam Sethi was hired as PCB Chairman. Najam Sethi had recently many controversies at PCB office with selectors as they want Shahid Afridi to be captain but Sethi gave captaincy to Misbah-ul-Haq till 2015 World Cup. Due to such rubbish inside PCB, Zaka Ashraf has been restored as PCB Chairman.
But sethi also arrange series with Sri Lanka. why change him again
ReplyDeletePCB had to accept big3 in order to keep cricket alive in Pakistan. so I think it was a good decision made by sethi. zaka should learn that too. otherwise no big nation will play cricket against pak.
