Sri Lanka won toss and decided to bat first against West Indies. They had a really good start with 41 runs on the board in only 24 overs. And with in no time they were down by 3 wickets and scored only 49 runs. West Indies got in control and Sri Lankan batsman could only score 91 runs in 14 overs. After 15 overs, batsman started scoring runs freely and Angelo Mathews made 40 runs of just 23 balls to make sure that Sri Lanka get enough runs on the board for bowlers to defend. Sri Lanka scored 160 runs for loss of 6 wickets in 20 overs. Thanks to Angelo to provide that finish and Dilshan and Perera for such a nice start.
