Former Pakistani off spinner and inventor of "Doosra", Saqlain Mushtaq said that it is his desire to serve Pakistan after retiring from cricket. He is hopeful that Pakistan will use his talent in coaching department. Saqlain Mushtaq has built some coaching experience while training Bangladesh, West Indies and New Zealand. He has applied for spin coach and head coach of Pakistan cricket team and is expecting some positive reply from management. Saqlain is strong contender of leg spinner Mushtaq Ahmed and Waqar Younis. Saqlain Mushtaq is currently residing in England and hope that he can bank on his rich coach experience by training overseas players. Recently former players of Pakistan have insisted that PCB should hire local coach who share same custom and traditions and speak same language as Pakistani players.
