Nepal players boycott board because they think that cricket board has not been paying attention to their needs. Nepal cricket captain Paras Khatkda have made an announcement from hotel at Kathmandu while other players supporting him that they will boycott national one day championship because player are fed up with this attitude of board. Khatkda has put forward three main issues,
1. the non-payment of promised perks
2. the change in venue and scheduling of the one-day tournament
3. the need for remuneration for Prithu Baskota
Players haven't been paid for over 6 months, "According to the ICC rules, teams that qualify for the World T20 could
get a grant of $250,000. Around two-three months prior to the
tournament, we were promised by the board that if we qualified, the
group of players would get a total of $50,000,"
Nepali cricket players boycott board over certain issues
Nepal cricketers are not happy with the way board has been handling issues related to cricket. If issues raised by players doesn't get resolved in time then Nepal cricket team might not participate in ACC Premier League Tournament.

It will be really hard for Nepal cricket to progress. Seems like cricket is there only because of efforts of players and support by fans, board doesn't care much about the game.
