South Africa defeated New Zealand by only 2 runs with some match winning performance by Dale Steyn. South Africa put on 170 runs on the board with loss of 6 wickets. In return New Zealand manage to score 168 run for the loss of 8 wickets. 7 was required in the last over, Steyn took 2 wicket and run out 1 batsman by giving away only 4 runs. Steyn wasn't fortunate enough though, JP Duminy is Man of the Match
